VO2 Max / Anaerobic Threshold Testing

Everyone has a unique metabolism just like they have different fingerprints or DNA. With an easy 15-minute assessment, we take a “snapshot” of your aerobic metabolism. I would like to both thank and congratulate for the work that we have accomplished over the last 2 months. I'm always interested in new technology but when I heard about the VO2 test, my first question was if it would really do anything more than provide a benchmark for where I was athletically. The results of the test were used to help make a customized running schedule for me that helped me increase my speed and endurance in ways that I could never have done by myself. What was surprising was how I was able to train more efficiently in less time. Which helped me to complete my first HALF IRONMAN triathlon. -
