Taking Science into Practice - Peak Performance Trainer Program


 


Looking to take your personal training to the next level?

Five-hour workshop based around research-oriented and science based applications. Students will learn safe and effective principles of personal training from a biomechanical and physiological standpoint. The student will apply science to the many theories and myths in the fitness industry.

  • Learn to evaluate different exercises, how to teach a client the skills to perform them along with proper progression.
  • Learn how to make more effective programs by understanding the application of exercise physiology to their prescriptions.
  • Learn how to analyze equipment, understand its application of force to the body and know when prescription is appropriate.

Class is approved for 0.5 hours of ACE continuing education credits.
