Brittany’s successful ski season was, in part due to the Sports Specific Training program with Paul and Chris at Peak Performance. To be a competitive freestyle athlete she must have a dry land program to build explosive power, strength and core control required for her freestyle skiing. At Peak her program is personalized and yield the results needed to be a strong competitor on the snow. Brittany’s core strength was key to her qualifying for the 2005 freestyle Junior Olympics and US Freestyle Championships. Thanks to all at Peak.

Peak Performance offers a conditioning program that applies to everyone, from novice to expert.

Regardless of your fitness level, we all need to condition ourselves before we hit the slopes. Try not to assume that you can ski or board yourself into shape. Most of us have been relatively dormant from these activities for months and if you choose not to condition your body accordingly, you will tire quicker, and stand a greater chance of getting injured.
