All of our Exercise Physiologists are highly qualified and are here to guide you on your journey to improved health. As professionals, we believe that prevention and education will allow for maximized health and well-being. Services and Specialties:
New Member Special: Whether you are looking to transition your physical therapy to the next step or jumpstart your fitness journey, this program is for you. This 5 week membership gives you full access to the facility in addition to five one-on-one personal training sessions with your Exercise Physiologist. During the sessions, we will develop a program specific to your goals and current fitness level. Seamlessly transition this program into a monthly membership; find the option that best fits your lifestyle, and have unlimited access to the facility to achieve your fitness goals at times that are convenient for you.
Weight Loss: Our comprehensive 12-week program combines Metabolic Rate testing, a supervised exercise program, individualized nutritional guidance, and personal training to ensure weight loss success. This program includes body composition measurements and full access to our facility. Working one-on-one with your Exercise Physiologist, we will create an effective exercise program specific to your goals and current fitness level.
Personal Training: Our Exercise Physiologists will develop a safe and effective exercise program specific to your individualized needs and goals. The One-on-One attention provides motivation and accountability in addition to proper form and technique. They are also a resource for the most recent health and fitness information.
Sports Specific Training: Available for athletes of all ages. During this one month sport-specific program, our Exercise Physiologists will build a multi-faceted training regime combining elements from all aspects of sport. Including speed, strength, and agility, as well as, injury prevention all designed around the physical demands of your sport.
VO2 & Resting Metabolic Rate Testing: Our technology that allows us to measure both your Resting Metabolic Rate and your VO2 max. We will tailor nutrition and exercise programs specific to your body’s utilization of fuels in order for you to train effectively and efficiently and maximize your potential. VO2 testing will determine your body’s capacity for exercise and provide insight for tailoring an effective training regimen. Our RMR test is a simple assessment that allows us to take a snapshot of your metabolism. The results provided help us to determine your daily caloric needs for weight loss success.
Highly Educated Staff: Our Exercise Physiologists are all degreed professionals. They have earned their Master’s Degrees in Exercise Science and hold a variety of nationally recognized certifications. From ACSM Health Fitness Specialists and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to USA Weightlifting and AFAA Group Exercise Instructors.
