Girls can be up to seven times more likely to Injure their ACL while engaging in a related sport as males. With 150,000 injury occurrences each year for both males and females, post surgical and injury prevention programs are crucial. Working in combination, Aquatic therapy and land rehabilitation programs have been proven to be highly effective at lowering the rate of ACL injuries.
